General Rules & Conditions

Central West Trillium Circuit Entry Form

The following applies to ALL shows

  • E.C. Rules apply
  • Passports and E.C. / O.E.F. membership are required. Amateurs must present a current amateur status card.
  • Hard hats are compulsory. Hard hats with a harness must be worn in all classes over fences.
  • Proper footwear is mandatory as per E.C. rules
  • No responsiblity for accidents, loss, damage or theft can be assumed by any show management or stable
  • Maximum height of fences for each division as per E.C. rules
  • Hors Concours entries are at the discretion of individual show management
  • Trillium memberships are required

I hereby certify that every horse, rider and/or driver is eligible as entered and agree for myself and my representatives to be bound by the Constitution and Rules of the Canadian Equestrian Federation at this competition.

It is hereby recognized that all equestrian sports involve inherent risk and that no helmet or protective equipment can protect against all foreseeable injuries. I hereby accept this risk and hold harmless the E.C., the competition, their officials, organizers, agents, employees and their representatives.

Every entry at a recognized show shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider and the horse shall be subject to the consitution and the rules of the Federation and the local rules of the show and accept as final the decision of the Executive Committee on any question coming under said rules and agrees to hold the Show, the E.C. their Officials, Directors and Employees harmless for any action thereof.

If Exhibitor is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign below to indicate acceptance of all liability for Exhibitors.

In the event that ____________________________________ participates in an Equine Canada sanctioned competition where approved headgear is required for juniors, he/she will wear a properly fitted, ASTM/SEI or BSI approved helmet. It is understood that juniors not meeting this requirement will not be allowed to show at these competitions.
