March Break Riding Day Camps

Campers are divided into groups of 12 according to their riding experience.  Each group is supervised by a qualified counselor and assistant counselor.  Groups rotate every 1 hour and 15 minutes to the following activities. 

  • Riding Lessons (English)
  • Games
  • Horse feeding, bedding, grooming and saddling
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Horse Lunging
  • Bring your own lunch and invite your family and friends to come out and watch on the last day at 1:45 pm. 
  • Campers may arrive as early at 8 am & stay as late as 6 pm.

  • Riding Helmets and Riding Boots are mandatory to participate in a program.

    Meadowlarke Stables offers rental of the following size ranges for helmets & boots.

    Helmets - 6 5/8 - 73/8  metric 20 1/2 - 23 1/8
    Boots - Children's 12 - Men's 11  metric 30-44

    If you do not fit or are uncertain if you fit this size range, please advise the office upon registration.
